Here's my dilema. My parents just gave me a big book of free car washes at a location that is not touchless. I'm relatively aware of the dangers that come with using a place like white glove, but it's free. I wouldn't begin using the car wash as a standard means to keeping my vehicle clean, so would ten or so washes really screw up my paint job? Am I being rediculous? I've made great efforts to properly hand wash my car during the year that I've had my baby. I don't wanna mess things up. Should I go ahead and take advantage of the freebies in order to save some money or should I stick to the straight and narrow of handwashing during warm months and touchless washing during the winter? |

No, you are being perfectly intelligent. Even one non touchless (and even touchless) car wash can really screw up your paint bad.
I'd give them away as a christmas gift.

I agree with everyone. NO car washes. These guys get their wet feet all over your interior, scuff leather and door panels, etc. in an effort to clean the windows. Not worth it.

I vote for using the coupons, life is too short to stress over a car wash!
