I am wondering what kind of experiences people have had buying a new BMW when there is no close dealer nearby. Service, warranty, etc? I certainly suspect it is a strong incentive not complain a lot about minor rattles, etc.

In particular, I am thinking about ownership in the Missoula, MT area (closest dealer three hours away in Spokane, WA), but any similar location would do.
