I'm planning to buy an E92 335, probably doing ED, and I've seen several references to MACO and training fees, but I haven't found an explanation of what they are (I have searched). I've seen posts that say that they are not applicable to ED, but if a dealer tries to include them, it would help if I knew what they were. Thanks.
