 The best way to brake

What's the best way to brake to prolong brake life? What about for minimal brake dust? Assume that the brakes were bedded in properly. (If they weren't is there anything one can do?) Thanks

I wonder that too. Should one brake slowly and gently or quick and hard?

slowly using gears to slow down too ( if applicable ).

of course this is quite hard if ghunning the car but hey nice and slowly does it, i'd advise swapping pads/discs if there not bedded in properly. u can skim the discs on a lathe ( i had to do it for a mate ) but it can be finnicky to clock it up, if its out at any point it can cause major problems when on the car.

The less you apply the brakes the longer they'll last! For brake dust you might want to check out some ceramic pads!

lol thanks for the advice. Obviously if you don't use your brakes they'll last longer and ceramic pads dust less than oem, but I want to know how best to use the brakes I have right now.

Brake however you want too. They're an easy DIY replacement and very cheap.
