Has anyone else noticed that MB owners seem to put stickers on their cars alot more than BMW owners? Half the time I see them around here they have a smile face, sun or horse sticker on it. You almost never see that on a BMW. Apart from the merits of the two cars the MB cost someone a lot of money, why make it look cheesy? Do we just care more about our cars? Just curious if anyone else had noticed this?

BMW is for people with money and sense who love their cars
MB is for fools with money and little sense who use their cars as a status symbol
Through my life I have found that the no. of stickers in a car is inversely proportional to the level of education of the owner.

BMW = People who love cars, and want luxury that flows with the sportness of cars.
MB = People who have money to spend and buy it for the name.
Like what TDT kind of said before me, its all about how much the person knows about cars. My dads good friend always trys to tell me that MB make the best cars in the world and what not. Hes got a lot of nice MB like 2 ML55s, SLK 32 AMG, but when i got my X5, he had to out do my family and buy his daugther a 4.8 X5.
But no i rarely ever seen and stickers on a MB or a BMW for that matter. I guess the only people who drive our kind of cars here in Chicago are the rich people who can care less about the stickers.

Benz is for the guy who really wanted a Cadillac, but felt pressured to buy upmarket to compete with his friends & colleagues . The driving experience matters little, as he would rather have a couch on wheels, and the "hard" German suspension is beyond his comprehension....he rarely exceeds the speed limit by more than 8 mph (especially in the left lane).
