I read on this forum about putting down Multiple Security Deposits to lower the money factor which in turn lowers your monthly lease payment. Poster made a good point on how much you would make investing your security deposits money vs. the return you make on the security deposits if you use them to lower the money factor.
Well I called and ask the finance mgr. at the dealership where I ordered my 530i and he said the money factor could not be lowered to less than the .0005 base rate I was getting so.... who is right?

Of importance perhaps is that I had to inform them of this. They finally contacted BMW Financial and verified this information.

If you lowered yours by .0049 unless I am having trouble with math, .0005 cannot be lowered by .0049. I would be in the negative???
