send e-mail to ask when the plant in spartanburg will reinstall visit but, nobody answer me.

Try calling the BMW Performance Center at 1-888-345-4269. They are right down the road from the factory. Since they organize factory tours during some driving schools, they should know the details. Also the PC folks have been known to be quite helpful.
