Today I received something unexpected from BMW...a welcome kit.

It included four audio CD's with short stories and a lengthy DVD entitled The BMW Experience: Passion for Performance which contains information about the company's history, engineering, and creativity.

The package also included a small book and a BMW contact card with company contact information along with important info about my car.

Not a big deal really, but I really enjoyed the DVD and the extra length that BMW NA goes to enhance the ownership experience.
