I have an 02 X5. I folded the rear seat down and now cannot get it back up. It looks like the center seatbelt is locked and now does not allow enough slack to get the seat back up. The seatbelt is not plugged in and it looks like the ratchet mechanism built into the top of the seat is locking. Any ideas how to unlatch the ratchet mechanism? Thanks
