Strange question
Hey all...
As I have browsed through the many posts here on this great site, I noticed that some folks list their bimmers as "debadged"....
What is the purpose for this?? Why do people debadge their car???
Just curious!!!!
Cheers,

| | Reply » Strange question | i get ProSiebenSat.1 Welt -a German-language channel broadcasted from Unterföhring, just outside of Munich. absolutely love it. thought i saw debadged Funfers. Aber, Es hat praktisch nichts zu bedeuten. if you live in Munchen und Wien denn du weisst!
| | Reply » Strange question | Some people say it looks "cleaner", like in the case of the new M Coupes, thats true, the M badge is poorly placed and looks crappy on the back, but in the case of a 325i or 318is, I think they're just trying to cover up the fact that they didn't spring for the bigger engine.
Yes, please don't debadge your 550i, it looks good.
| | Reply » Strange question | When I rebuild my 328i I will debadge the car as it will have a larger displacement than the original 2793 cc's.
