I'm still looking at getting a 2007 X3. I live in North Carolina and the two dealerships that are closest to me are Performance BMW in Chapel Hill and Crown BMW in Greensboro. If anyone has used either of these dealerships can you give me some feedback on how you were treated and the quality of their service. Thanks

I liked that Performance BMW place in Raleigh/Chapel Hill, nice place and good customer service. I stopped there for a quick check up on the car on a road trip.

I have bought 2 from Crown. Last Sales guy was great. Michael Nunn. Whole process took less than 20 minutes. 1 email and 2 phone calls.

The experience was fine. I had a good salesman (part time-hes a student). He tought me how to drive a stick (kind of nice to find someone to take the time to do that-even if they are getting money from the sale). The only complaint I have is their servicing department doesn't always do stuff in a timely manner (but all dealers do that stupid stuff).
I have no experience with Performance BMW, but I'm sure all dealerships are relatively the same.

Go to Charlotte and deal with Rick Hendricks.....they're a great BMW dealer.
