Hello everybody i was just curious if anyone can help. I have a 89 325is that i am rebuilding but there is only one problem i never received a title from the last registered owner. My question for any one if you can help let me know how i might obtain a title for my car. Any help would be very helpful

If you have a bill of sale the NY DMV might make you a duplicate title. They do that in CA. Good luck!!
