 BMW Roadside Assistance Renewal Scam?

About 2 months ago I got a letter from the Cross Country Motor Club saying my BMW roadside assistance policy is set to expire, and I can renew it for a fee. Send them a check, they will send you a sticker to place on your roadside assistance card to validate that it is still active.

Well, I sent in a check to renew it for another year. The check cleared, but I'm still here waiting more than a month later for my "sticker". Anybody sign up for this? Does it normally take this long for you to receive your info? Thanks.
