 Brick-stone RFT As OEM?

Good Afternoon to everyone...
My question to everyone is as follows: Does BMW use a different company for OEM RFTs on their higher series vehicles? I've got the rft by "BRICKSTONE" on my new 328xi and with 30 miles on these, I'm really disappointed and sadden by the lack of handling and harseness. What recourse do I have with the dealer? Thanks for your opinions and observations. Linkslover

Hey RGR887!
Congrats on the new purchase! I'm in your neck of the woods. Did you buy from Keeler or Capital Cities?

Sorry to hear about the runflats. I've been thinking about how much I hate the fact that there is no spare tire well and that BMW equips all new 3ers with runflats. There are numerous comments from people on this board about the harshness of some of the runflats, notably Bridgestones on the non-sport package 3 series cars. Rumor has it that the Continental equipped cars ride smoother and with less noise.

Again congrats and may noisy tires be your only source of trouble and even that may be rectified by putting a set of non-runflats on the car. Good luck!

We have come to an agreement as of today with the dealership to replace the tires...
Brick-Stones are gone, Continentials RFT's are now installed N/C.!!
This is going to be a non-issue for me from here on out. Take heart everyone,
the amount of disappointment I had and shared with the service advisor was
found to be a valid complaint!!
I am pleased at this point, squeeky wheel ...

They have earned my respect and utmost trust for delivering on the RFT's issue.
Most pleased to have had a minimum hassle and an equal value trade on the tires.
From what I've seen in the past from auto dealers, I am pleasantly surprised.
They stand by the motto, service is our most important customer.
