No need to get the TIS anymore! Once we get these cool shades, we'll be able to do all the repairs ourselves and not need to take it in to the dealer anymore. I suggest a group buy for this.

It's an interesting idea and perhaps helpful for the do-it-yourself-er. However, wouldn't the visual images shown in the glasses become an obstruction and nuissance? After all, the person wearing them would probably want to have a clear look at the parts that he/she needs to work on.
