According to the researcher, this appears only a US problem! The report goes on to say on average blacks earn 10-15% less than whites. What I could not infer is whether blacks are either underpaid or earning commensurately as per their jobs. Or whether whites are either overpaid or earning commensurately as per their jobs!

if indeed blacks are underpaid then we have a discriminatory problem but if they are paid accordingly then

hey bimmerfest fellows - sorry for starting this thread - I intended it would yield funny responses and not to breed insultory remarks. I figure we could discuss in an amusing manner certain social developments our educated researchers are unearthing. Since the post has invaribly been ignored - I guess members find it inappropriate to warranty any discussion, hence I would like to apologise if I may have insulted some of ya out there.

I initially ignored it because it seems naive and reflects an ignorance of all discussion about these things for the last 40 years.

Are you sure that, say, East Asians, with their darker skin tones make less than Northern Europeans in America?

Rationalize or justify however you want, but the fact is taller whiter people are the bosses.
