 BMW Marketing Getting Annoying

After a while I don't want to read anything written by BMW marketing. I am not saying they are more or less annoying than other automakers. I am just saying their use of superlatives gets really old and annoying after a while. Take, for instance:

Quote:
Well-balanced proportions – precisely this gives the new BMW 3 Series Convertible its unique appearance with the roof both open and closed. Like all its predecessors, the car comes with an unmistakable silhouette proudly presenting all its beauty also with the retractable hardtop. Thanks to the space-saving accommodation of the three roof elements in the luggage compartment, the low shoulder-line so typical of a BMW 3 Series Convertible continues into an equally low and sleek rear section.
Can you imagine a conversation with one of those marketing greaseballs? It would be like this:

YOU: hey dan, whats up?
BMW: We are currently developing a unique marketing strategy with a spontaneous feel.
YOU: alrightly, so hows the wife?
BMW: She is having unprescedented orgasms that add generous amounts of pleasure and confort to the bedroom. Besides, her spending is virtually nonexistent and we are saving an amount of money that is unmatched by any other wife.
YOU: ah thats nice, but it was too much info for me.
BMW: We are also adding an incredibly responsive new daughter who can go from the playroom to the bedroom in 5 seconds.
YOU: talk to you later... weird dude...

Well, that's the whole point of advertising. To blow things out of proportion. Honestly though, what pisses me off lately with BMW marketing is how they emphasize the wrong things. With the 2007 X3 SAV, sure its a cut above an SUV. But honestly, the interior is still not its strong point and yet they tout that all the time in the ads. Try emphasizing the class-of-its-own driving dynamics more.

And I think we would all like to hear more acceleration sounds on the BMW TV ads Less yakking, more

Anyone remember the screaming little bastard kids around Christmas time on TV?
Should have been a condom commercial not a BMW commercial.
Brutal.......

They emphasize... everything. That is one of the problems. Because according to them every BMW is perfection.
