I've had my 325i serviced at Global Imports in Atlanta 4 times. The first three times were very good and I had no issues. Within a week of those services, I had the BMW "strive for 5" survey call me and ask for my ratings.
The last service appointment, though, was absolutely horrible. Errors on BMW's part wasted at least 8 hours of my time and I expressed my dissatisfaction to the dealer.
Not surprisingly, I did not receive a call from the Strive for 5 survey.
I'm wondering if the dealership has some way to exclude a certain service event from the Strive for 5 survey. I was anxiously waiting to give the dealer at least two 1's (and a couple 5's, as well) on this survey but never got the call.

While not every service visit will result in a survey I can assure you that your dealer has several ways to make sure you don't get a survey if they know that you will give them poor scores.
One of the simplest ways is for your dealer to change your phone number in their dealer management system so that when the survey firms calls they get a wrong number.

It amazed me how many times the salesman and finance people reminded me to give them a 5 when the survey people called. I had no problem with it at the time since I was happy. When I got some poor treatment at a service department I gave a 1 or 2 and was amazed at how well I got treated on my next service visit.
