Terra leather- Did I make a mistake?

I am new to the forum and this has been a great help to me. I just ordered a 325xi, with Terra leather, poplar trim and Monaco paint.

I love the terra but am not sure of the carpet color with this leather.

I also am not sure I made the best choice of the trim. Everyone here is saying that burl looks better than poplar.

Should I change this at the dealer? Can I change it or is it too late (placed order yesterday).
Thanks!

Welcome to the forum!

I think buying Terra requires a certain leap of faith. At least it did for me - and I don't regret it one bit. There are many who think there are too many colors going on inside the car. I once thought this as well. But after seeing it in person, it just wasn't an issue for me.

Regarding the poplar, I personally decided that the burl looked better. But if you like the poplar you sould go for it - you're going to be the one driving in it after all.

I would be surprised if you couldn't make a change to your order this early in your process.

Good Luck!

I'm one of those who feels there are too many colors going on - it's the grey headliner that kills it. But others clearly love it, so it just comes down to opinion. There have been countless discussions on this. I seriously considered it. The leather looks great in my opinion. I think this one is different enough it really requires seeing it all together - including the exterior color of choice, wood, etc. I ended up traveling to quite a few dealers before I finally found the terra combination I was considering. It was a close call, but I finally had to go with another color. But do look at it, it's worth serious consideration.

With the carpet and leather color, it should be one of the easier ones to keep clean.
