 Extended Warranty from Nalley BMW

Hi,
I am considering purchasing an extended warranty for my 04 X5, the warranty sold by Nalley BMW is from a company called "Fidelity", has anyone had any experience with Fidelity warranty.
My X5 is already at 49,900 miles and I think I will be keeping it for a while, so it might be safe to get the warranty but I don't know much about Fidelity.
Searching through the posts I see there is another company UUG, anyone had experience with them?

Any input is appreciated.

Thank you,
Cali

Don't bother with them. They are really flaky when it comes to communication. I placed an order back in November and it is still not complete and they haven't followed up with me despite many emails and phone calls.

The warranty is only good if they honor it. BMW found a way around paying for my 545i tires going out at 11,000 mi and for not paying for my wife's X5 engine burning up without a warning until too late (the temp gauge didn't work early enough), so why shouldn't Fidelity use "wear and tear" and "driver error" to get out of their warranty.

We all wish our BMW's would last to 120,000 mi, like Toyotas do, without significant repair, but wishful thinking isn't reality. I am not buying these extended warranties any more.

PM me and I can give you the contact info for my local BMW dealer, they sell UUG. They are happy to give you a quote and they offer a discounted price. After two months of research, UUG was the best deal I could find.

Good Luck
