Rear Deck Spoiler

I am contemplating getting the Rear Deck spoiler on my new E90 325i.

I haven't seen it live in person, I was wondering what everyones thoughts on the look of it.

Also the cost I see is near $360 retail without installation. Has anyone gotten it installed and if so what was the final cost.
