Order Tracking question: what comes after "...complete; waiting to be released..."

I've been patiently tracking my car and based on the 800-number my current status is:
"Vehicle production is complete. Waiting to be released to the carrier."

In reviewing posts on tracking, I wasn't able to determine if I can continue to track the location and status of my car via the 800-number, or if I need to look elsewhere (such as http://www.2wglobal.com/www/wep/index.jsp ).

Can anyone elaborate on the remaining statuses I can look forward to hearing and where I can keep track of those (if other than the 800-number).

Ask your Client Advisor to do his job and update you anytime there is a change in the delivery status of your car.

Remember that your Client Advisor has access to reports that are updated on a daily basis. Among the details of this report is the current delivery status of every car that is destined for your dealer.

I for one think that an e-mail from your Client Advisor anytime there is a change in the delivery status of your BMW is not too much to ask.
