If you were promised delivery in 5-6 weeks and now it's been 9 weeks and STILL not in USA. Would you request a price reduction ?? or addition of extra stuff??
I'm quit angry but still want MY CAR
Thanks

WOW sounds like they made you a steep promise there. When I worked for Toyota it took 3-5 months to deliver a custom ordered car, and they are supposed to be one of the fastest. I'd become a "queaky wheel" and bug the crap outta them so they'll be afraid to make you mad in the future.....I guarantee they'll have your car in&out of service in record time every time you bring it by......

I'd been leery when they told you 5-6 weeks being on the left coast. Was the car supposed to be on a ship on the way already or being manufactured?
5-6 weeks is best case scenario for East Coast deliveries.
Try to get some free accessories for the delay.

Thanks | Depends on the deal you got. If you got a great deal, ask for a t-shirt. If you are paying close to retail, renegotiate.

i agree, 5-6 weeks is pretty aggressive. that sounds more like east coast time frame. it usually takes about 6-8 for the west coast.
I would get in contact with your CA and bug him about the extended wait...i'm sure he'll throw in pedals or something.
