If you pay your taxes monthly, you would have to pay taxes on the finance charge also. I believe in NYC you also have surcharge if you pay taxes monthly.

I've never been in another state that finds the most ways to tax it's residents. It's starting to get really old (BTW NY has the highest gas tax in the country).

How much more do you pay for 15k mile allotment a year? I have a deal on the table.
