This guy at e90post said he was able to play DVD audio. I don't have a DVD audio CD so I've never tried

I've never heard of that being possible before, I check out a lot of E90 forums, and no-one else has claimed to be able to play DVD-A yet.
I posted a reply to his post that may solve this dilemma.
The next time I go out driving in my car I'll check this out.
I'm 99% sure this car does not play DVD-As.

I believe that if you have iDrive you can put an DVD-Audio disk into the nav drive and it will play. My '06 330i should be here next week so I can verify is that is actually true.
