Apologize if this was already discussed (couldn't find anything on the e90s though)....
I want to keep the front bumper clean and drive my car sans front license plate (I'll risk the fix-it-ticket). However on the e90s, dealers 'screw' through the bumper and leave a horrible indentation, not to mention a gaping hole... well not gaping but you get the idea.
Has anyone epoxied/sanded/removed these pre-drilled holes in the front bumper?
I went to a local body shop and they estimated $4-500 for a clean bumper.
Thanks

I still have a virginal front bumper. South Carolina uses rear plate only, and the dealer gave us the option. The bracket for the front is sitting in our garage, where it will probably stay. Years ago, dealers used to drill holes in fenders to install dealer logos, or attach the logos with strong adhesive. If it matters to you, remember to insist at time of purchase.
