I was going to post this over in the ED forum but I decided my question might be more E90 specific so here I am.
I am picking up my 330i tomorrow from the dealer (it is finally here after my ED trip).
What should I be looking for?
Obviouly I will inspect for shipping damage. and make sure all the removable stuff like the tool kit and flashlight is still there.
make sure I have the US nav DVD.
I would also like to make sure I have the latest software upgrades, does any one know how I check for that? I was led to believe from another thread that if I hold down the I-drive knob for about 10 seconds I will get a hidden screen. Does anyone know what version of sofware they are up to?
Any thing else I should check for?
Normally I would not be quite so anal, but it turns out my dealership has really gone down the tubes since I bough my first BMW from them back in '97. I no longer trust anyone over there any further than I can throw them, so I feel like I really need to have my act togeather to compinasate.

Ask dealer to give you floor mats. Dealers give floor mats to US delivery cars - doesn't hurt to ask.

This presumes you left one on the car and took one home.

Quote: | compare current mileage with drop off mileage. | Question - how do you compare current mileage with drop off mileage - of course the current mileage is the mileage on the odometer - but how do you get the mileage at drop off? Thanks for the help.
