BMW doesn't have a speed limiter.. the ECU doesn't limit the speed..
He said i could reach top speed if i wanted to....

Well, that's not true and your dealer is probably doesn't know much about the vehicle. Call another dealer or someone who is knowledgeable and you'll know there is one.

Max speed limiter is removed with the Sport package

so if that is true, then what is the max speed on the non sport package compared to the sport? I thought they were both ~139mph.

from what i've read....130mph non-sport, 155mph sport

But 155 is not the maxmium speed of a 330i. Because in Europe it is limited to 250km/h (159mph). So the maximun speed will be more than 159. European spec engine.
