Dealer or Body Shop for Repairs in LA?

Well, my front bumper, grill, and hood was damaged today when my father-in-law backed into my 325i today.

Where should I go for repairs? Is it better to see the dealer or a body shop for repair? Do you think going to a dealer would guarantee that they use genuine factory parts? Any recommendations near the Pasadena / LA area? Also, would I have to wait a long time for repairs since parts for e90 are probably not readily available?

TIA.

I would recommend Marco's in N. Hollywood on Lankershim. They are across the street from Century West. They have done good work on two of my cars. Also they argued successfully with my insurance company to total a car that many would have simply repaired.

Often the insurance company will dictate what parts to use. I imagine there are not too many non-oem parts available for a new body style current model year vehicle. Maybe a reman bumper cover, but I would bet not even that is available.
