If I get a 330i with sports package is there anyway to get it with high performance all season run flats instead of the summer tires?

You obviously haven't tried Michelin Pilot Sport A/S. Having owned Pilot Sports and the A/S version I can tell you the A/S are better in rain, infinitely better in snow, and almost as good in the dry.

As good as they may be, they´re still not as good as a good high-performance summer tire in dry and wet conditions and not as good as a good winter tire on snow and ice. I´m constantly stunned by people willing to pay more than 35g´s an a BMW but then want to save on tires. Why? A second set of rims really is not so expensive, overall you don´t really pay more for tires since you´ll not be wearing the summer tire out while on snows and having to change the tires twice a year really is just at worst a two hour job. And you´ll be getting your money worth out of the fine car you´re driving instead of driving a compromise all year round.
