Happens every now and then but mostly when starting from a light. I tried searching but didn't find anything. Even google has failed me tonight. Anyone happen to have a clue what it means?

It's ok. I didn't expect much of you anyway. Anyway, the little screen will show a blinking "4 MPH" for a few seconds and then revert back to whatever setting it's supposed to be at. It doesn't happen all the time however when I've noticed it is right as I start moving after a stop or after a downshift. Perhaps I should just drive 4MPH everywhere?

Sounds like you have the speed limit function set on the OBC.

I'm not familiar with that other than the 155 thats standard. Could you please elaborate for me?
