Hi Guys,
About 2 and half weeks ago I placed my order - 325i, SB, Navi, etc ...
I still have no indication of when the car will arrive ..
** Update - got details today **
I have seen posts about people tracking their orders via the internet, so I am wondering, is there any way I can do this outside of the US ?
I am in Australia so the system may be slightly different to most of you (mostly americans in here ?) ... If any aussies are reading this I would appreciate your advice ...

Go to your dealer and demand your production number. This should allow you to track your car and the progress it is making. I dont know specifically how to track being as you are outside of the US, but ask your dealer for updates on your vehicle

Thanks for the info. just wondering, how have you been tracking the progress of your car - I see in your signature you are expecting delivery in the next week

NO no... Its making it to the shores in the US in about a week... probably about another 2 weeks after that until I take deilvery. The vehicles in the US have to go through a Vehicle Prep Center (VPC) before they are even put on carriers to go to the dealerships. I should see mine by the end of September...

I waited 3.5 Months since ordering, no tracking... it drove me crazy (I am an instant gratification kind of guy ;-) )
I ordered my car on the Launch day in Sydney...
