before i go on, i want to thank you guys for makin this car purchase just a tad easier. pays to know the dealers full of it before i even go in.
anyways, i was lookin at monaco blue and mystic blue and silver. those are my 3 colors i preferr.
i like the blues as the only blue 3 series cars i see around northern virginia is for the m3 with its laguana blue (oh how i wish it was avail for reg 3 series)
ironically, my past 2 cars have been blue: 04 mazda3 was strato blue and the altima 3.5 SL (which i returned before deal finalized heh long story) was majestic blue.
heck, my bedroom is painted in dark blue as well.
but theres just something bout silver i like on a bmw as well. duno what it is, but i also like it.
what do you guys think? ought to go the more unique way and get monaco blue?

Quote: | ... ought to go the more unique way and get monaco blue? | Monaco Blue IS the unique way. Next time you are driving, just look how many Silver cars you see on the road. There are everywhere from low-end Corollas to high-end 745s. I personally think the e90 looks great in Silver, but I wanted something a little different. Go Monaco!!

The tag on the back separates those cars you named, and there is no mistaken a BMW.

I originally ordered jet black, but switched to silver. I think silver looks more "sculpted" and you can see the lines with shadows across the car (design elements). Black they all kind of blend in and you dont see quite the same definition. I'm not worried about being different, I just want want what I think is the best looking configuration of the car

If anything, I'd say driving a Saab 9-3 is a bit more "different" than driving a BMW3 (unless you're driving in and around Boston, where Saabs and BMWs are everywhere).
