According to the training manual, the expanded key memory in the E90 is driver controllable as opposed to BMW center only on previous cars . Is this via iDrive?
The manual (on page 44) lists language, seat mirror, etc.

The .pdf is here on Bimmerfest as a sticky.... not sure if that is what you meant.
The key functions are through iDrive if so equipped and from what I have read here and else where is that the trip computer stalk will be able to control the lighting and central locking features. The other features are simply where you left them last with that specific key. Seat, heat, mirrors and radio are where you left them. Hope that helps! Good Luck!
