Personally, I'm shocked that no other carmaker has copied them yet. They were first implemented on the 2001 E39, and at that time I would have put money down on a copycat or two surfacing by now.

They look rather stupid when people put them on the E46, too.

I think the purpose of buying an E90 is to NOT look like eveybody else...going white or blue will just make you look like another guy who modded his car. Same with those aftermarket wheels that have been available for years and years...why put one of those old designs on a redesigned car?
Anyway a thread started by a chap with a ML500 and it's his first post well....whatever.
