 Have you heard it?

So I've been getting annoyed with a faint little sound that seems to come come out of the seatbelt hole in the driver side door... I only hear it consistantly when I'm driving over 60 mph but I also hear it inconsistantly when I drive on extra bumpy roads... I saw on another forum someone describing this same sound:
"I have a very very faint, springy, ting sound that inconsistently shows up. It's very hard to tell, but once you hear it, you can't stop noticing it."

Now here's the deal... My partner thinks I'm just being a drama queen -- the sound is pretty faint and he doesn't seem to think it's annoying... However I get distracted/annoyed/fixated pretty easily and I can imagine that it will eventually drive me crazy. So I was wondering:
(1) Do any of you hear this same sound in your E90?
(2) Do you think that the sound is annoying enough that it ought to be "fixed". Or will I just get laughed out of the service department if I try to point it out... (I can already imagine the dealer just saying "yeah, there's a sound, but it's not "broken" so there's nothing to fix")...

My bro got the first year model 4th gen TL when it came out... a lot of people have complained of few random sounds in that car... he took it in to the dealer and they tried to help fix it... took a few times, they replaced speaker panels, covers, and i think even one of the doors but they got rid of it (mostly)... hopefully BMW is as good at taking care of their customers as Acura is...

I hate that ticking sound. Well, mine sounds like a faint tick. It's very annoying but only happens every once in a while.

Yes, I heard the same sound once in a while. I don't think is that annoying to get it fix. Just, turn your radio volume up and you will not notice it at all.

Hmmmm... BMW decided to carry over the annoying e46 seatbelt rattle to the e90 model.
