SOS Malfunction
Has anyone been experiencing an SOS/BMW Assist Malfunction lately? Over the past few weeks I've been troubled with my car telling me that there is a SOS Malfunction one second and then returning to normal seconds later. This occurs constantly until I reset my iDrive.
Anyone else seen or heard of this?

I had an issue with my BMW Assist (SOS call). I did a familiarization call by pressing the SOS button and i would get connected to a woman on the other end, but the screen on my (non-idrive) radio said "Data Error". When i spoke to the woman on the other end, she said that she was able to locate me but was unable to get the data on my car. I took it into the dealership and they fixed it. But the screen still says "Data Error".
Could it be a software upgrade issue?
