PDC Button
Does anyone else with PDC not have the button located on the lower part of the center console? I noticed it was not there when I checked the owners' manual, and I was wondering if it was a Europe-only feature (like many of the other things in the manual)? It's not a big deal to me, but it does seem strange that it wouldn't be there (a plastic bar is in its place) considering I have PDC. Anybody know anything about this?

Anybody know anything about this? | maybe there is no button since the pdc only comes on when you put the car in reverse (US versions dont have sensors in the front)

That is correct: the button is only there if you have PDC both front and back. As far as I know, front PDC is not an option in the US

I have the PDC button on my UK spec 330i because I have PDC on the front aswell as the back. Selecting reverse gear automatically activates the PDC. However, you use the PDC button to activate the PDC when you don't need to select reverse when parking (i.e. parking forwards into a parking space). I also use the button sometimes to turn off PDC rather than let it turn itself off when you reach 20mph.
