WOW... is that a real post? or just a joke? I can offer some advice on this topic but it will cost you a few $. But since I do not want to take advantage of you I will do it for free..... trying reading the manual (can be found here on bimmerfest as a sticky) OR try using the search feature. I am sure you can find it there, but this all involves reading, you could also call BMW and ask them if that is easier but you may have to push some numbers on the phone and then talk to someone and maybe be put on hold. J/K all you have to do is keep the rpms below a certain level and vary them.... highway driving at a constant speed is not a good idea.

Assuming you are semi-coherent with your question?
As Arthur indicates - your printed manual describes the process quite well.
Your ford 'exploder' (same POS truck as I had at one time) didn't require one

yes it was a real question. The assinine comments weren't neccesary, all i needed was someone to say that there is a sticky detailing it. I will continue to scour the site until i find it. Some of yall are so quick with the insults.......however, how can i check my manual if I havent received my car yet.
