Will the 325/330XI only receive seat and wheel upgrades when ordering the Sport or ZHP package as it did with the E46? Just curious.

I put in an order for a 2006 330xi and my current understanding is because of the necessary increase in ride height and all season tires for the AWD option, the sport suspension package won't be avaialble. For me, that is OK given the weather here.

I would love to do the same, but my only reluctancy is with not knowing what the xi's suspension will look like. Will it be raised too high? What do you guys think?

It has the detailed specs about the i/xi models.

The height on the i models are 55.9 vs 56.1 on the xi.
There is also info on the sport package for the xi models.
I wonder why they must use STEEL for the subframes on the xi
vs
the aluminum.. Anyone know???
The xi offers the sport package with All season tires with the ugly 159 style
rims. They also offer the sport package + option which is perforamance tires
with the 161 style rims (aka regular sport package on the i minus the sport suspension).
Does anyone know how much MORE it'll cost for the sport+option package for the xi models?
