 330i tilting/turning headlights problem

I just got my 330i ed.....everything's great except one thing: the headlights are supposed to turn to the left and right as i turn the wheel. I can see them turn to the left, but they don't seem to turn to the right past the center position....?!?!?

any ideas on if the headlight assembly is defective?!?!? can anyone else see their lights turn left and right?

this was covered a few times already..... the light must be in the auto setting and it will NOT turn to the left when stationary so the light would not "dazzle" on coming traffic. It is also it the manual that came with the car! have fun and enjoy the car.

You don't need to drive to see it work. just park your car in front of a brick wall, turn your steering wheel and check again. Let us know your findings.

Actually, as indicated in the manual, if the car is stationary, lights will not turn to the right (I think its the right). Probably are working fine (I thought exactly the same of mine at first- the movement is barely perceptible at times)

If you have a nice dark tight curve near your house you will notice it. If you're going too slow it might not register in your brain. I have a great corner I take at 30 mph and it is VERY noticeable.
