Tire & Rim Warranty - does it make sense?

undefinedPicked up my 330i this past Fri. What a car! While picking up the car the dealer offered me a Tire & Rim warranty package - $599 Canadian for 5yr/100,000 km to cover for free replacement, repair, and installation for run-flat tires and rims damaged in road hazards. The dealer said run flats cannot be repaired normally and each will run at around the cost of the warranty. I have had no experience w/ run-flats. Any advice out there?
