My dealer is doing a dealer trade and I was curious about how long it will take.
CA told me my car is on the ship waiting to be unloaded at Port Hueneme, CA. He said the ship has been delayed for some reason (holiday??).
I have no info regarding the car. Is there any info I should ask him about so I can track it?
This is my first BMW and new to all of this.
TIA.

Not sure but you may want to consider searching the site for tracking info, it is here somewhere I have seen it and done a few posts.... you need the VIN. You can track it from BMW and through the shipper (wallenius willhemsen) to see what boat it is on and then there are other steps to see where the boat is.Going to the left coast takes a good deal more time with the canal and all. Then it takes some time to go through the port for prep and then get shipped. I am confused as to the dealer swap since it was not delivered to the dealer yet it is not really a swap I do not think... Good luck !
