Ordered 325i, hoping I can change it to 330i...
Sup guys/gals. First time poster here.
I drove the 330i and 325i yesterday and today at the dealer...man oh man...those are very sweet rides. I'm driving a Saturn right now (yea I know you're all laughing) so this will be a MAJOR upgrade.
I ended up ordering a 325i - SP, CWP, black saphire, black leather, and Xenon. Anyway, after going home and thinking about it for a while I decided I really did want the 330 w/ SP, heated seats, black saphire, and black leather.
Anyway, it was too late to call him and ask for the order to be changed. You guys think it'll be a problem to change the order on Tuesday? I mean, obviously the saleman will be selling a more expensive car, which I'm sure he'd be more than happy to do. I'm just worried that he'll say "no way" and tell me I'm stuck with the 325i.
He did tell me I'm not locked into the 325, even if it came in and I didn't like it, there's no obligation to buy. I don't know... maybe I'm being too paranoid. I really want the 330i.

Why did you change your mind? I think the 325i is an excellent car for the price without going crazy on the options that is... Higher residual value and cheaper to insure as well...
How much did you get the 325i for anyways??

Just make sure you get the same type of deal you had on the 325.....either $x over Invoice or $x off MSRP. Good luck and congrats!

I should have done my homework before I went to the dealer and placed an order, but I just know I'd be kicking myself if I got the 325. Don't get me wrong, it's an awesome car, but this is a big investment so I need to make sure I get exactly what I want.
I've lost so many hours of sleep over this... I wake up at 5:30 AM and think about the damn car and can't fall back asleep!

You should still be able to change your order.
Let me just say, my 325i still puts a smile on my face everyday. I still look forward to driving it every morning and then home again after a day of work.
And my 325i only has 184 hp!!

I'd say go back and tell him (her) that you want the same discount/deal but you want them to throw in the alarm or some other accessory. It's worth a try.
