How do the power folding mirrors operate? I saw my dealer sales person turn the key and fold them. Is there also a switch or button inside the car to engage them while sitting in the driver's seat?

There is a "power fold" button just forward of the power window buttons.

There is a button besides the selection of left/right mirror to be adjusted.

Related question, I thought that the Premium Package on the 325 included the feature that your passenger-side mirror would tilt down for parallel parking.
I took delivery yesterday, but have not seen this happen yet.
Is there something you have to do to make it happen or was I just wrong to think this was a feature?

Try flipping the mirror switch so that it is pointed towards the right side of the car. My 2001 325cic has this feature, so I'd be surprised if your doesn't have it to.
