The current lease for 3 series is $399 a month ( according to bmwusa.com). Is this the "final amt per month" or contains additonal tax/fees ?
Thanx in advance for xpert advise !

That payment is exclusive of tax. Based on your state's tax rate, your payment will increase accordingly.

Thanx in advance for xpert advise ! | IMHO - you should be able to get that car whatever the options are for $399 w/o the $1800 cap cost reduction. Give it a shot.

Steve | ??What are you saying-- that this guy should be able to getany 3 series with every available option for $399/month lease? Good luck. That price is for a stripped 325i with ZERO options, and you won't be able to find one anywhere. And it doesn't include tax, and it probably limits you to 10k miles per year.
Bottom line, expect a modestly equipped 325i leased with 12k miles per year with tax to cost you about 475-500 per month.

The $399 lease is a 325 with auto, I am not sure what else, but for "That" car I would hope you could get about $1500 off sticker. BMW advertised lease prices are based on MSRP. I doubt the dealers are selling every vehicle before they hit the lot, so I would assume the dealer would move on the price to sell the car.

Steve | The lease deals are based on a price below MSRP (they do require some dealer contribution) and are done at the buy rate (which many dealers will not use), so you can do better but don't expect a significant improvement.
