What's the current buy rate (BMWFS)? this is the last number I need to know.
I'm going to get my '06 325 ED today (auto/premium/xenon/nav). All numbers look good: ED invoice prices on everything + $1500 dealer markup. I understand 36/mo 12k mi/yr Residual = 63%.
Thanks, Steve

The current BMWFS purchase rate is silly. it was so high my dealer didn't even bother looking it up. 6 point something. I went through my credit union.

I thought for ED I can only do BMWFS?

Just a side note, you can easily get $1000 over invoice on ED cars. Not too hard to find the deal in Nor. Cal, and I guess its possible for S. CA too.

Quote: | I thought for ED I can only do BMWFS? | You SHOULD do BMWFS. You get 1 free payment plus the biggest advantage of leasing ED cars - your residual is based on US MSRP and not ED. If you finance, then go with whoever gives you the best rate and agrees to finance the car based on VIN alone.
