I want to buy a 330Xi in Ottawa and will get my girlfriend (who is an accredited diplomat) to buy it for me if it's worth it.

Does anyone have any experience with the "Diplomatic Sales" program in Canada? In the US there seems to be a lower MSRP and invoice for diplomatic sales. Is it the same deal in Canada? Is it possible to negotiate on a diploatic sale, given the price is already discounted?
Any insight is much appreciated.
