Can somebody please tell me the date shown at startup for your first service due? My E90 330i shows 15,000 miles (expected) and March 2007. Wouldn't one expect March 2006?
Reason I am concerned is I picked the car up with a service due March 2005 error message that the dealer cleared out, and I am concerned the service dates are somehow off a year now??

It shows 25000km or 04/2007 on mine. Yes, around 2 yrs from now.

But, as with all my past German vehicles, I intend to get the oil and filter changed at 1200mi & again at 7500mi, on my dime of course.

Remember, a BMW oil services includes a list of small list of checks and visual inspections. This is only every other service.
