What fees can I expect and what fees should I not expect when getting a lease through BMW FS?
Is there an acquisition fee? What other fees are there?
Thanks, David

The fees can vary depending on what State you live in, but usually there is a bank/aquisition fee....Here in New York it's $900. Then there are some misc. fees for DMV, Dealer documentation prep., etc. Usually these are small amounts. They now give you the option to pay the taxes on the total lease amount upfront, or build it into the monthly lease payments. Of course if you choose the latter, your monthy payments will be higher... I think most people just pay the taxes upfront. If this is your first time leasing with BMWFS, you'll have to put up a security deposit which equates to one month lease payment (This is waived for return leasees). This is just an idea of what you can expect. Good luck.

900!! That is quite allot.
I hope I will be able to tell what is a just fee and what is not. It seems as if this is the dealers opportunity to earn some extra money.
